Mass Effect 2 PS3 demo "not recently"

Some time ago, BioWare said that the PlayStation 3 version of Mass Effect 2 would not be a simple port, and in particular stressed that the transition to the Sony console developer has chosen to use the engine of Mass Effect 3, a fact that would provide superior performance compared to the Xbox 360. In reality, as revealed by the analysis of Digital Foundry, if you were to rely only on the PS3 demo will arrive at the conclusion that the game has improved in some respects, but worsened in others.

Chris Priestly, BioWare, however, in an interview published blog sulPlayStation U.S., said that because of testing and certification issues, the company had to publish a demo for the PlayStation 3 comes with a build that goes back a few months ago, and that the image quality is lower than that offered by the final version of the game on the Sony console.

Mass Effect The first two have long been available on PC and Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and the sci-fi saga will start directly from the second chapter of the trilogy. To work around this problem, in the BioWare game package will include an interactive comic book outlining the events narrated in the first chapter and will help the player to build the base for the second episode.

Included in the PlayStation 3 version of the game BioWare also Overlord DLC, Lair of the Shadow Broker and Kasumi's Stolen Memory.
