Sooner or later ... According WinRumors, name a program, Microsoft is preparing the next port of Kinect PC, which is well-founded but yet to be defined in terms of time, with the adjustment of software and hardware platform for developers and users. In this case, the site in question maintains that the drivers are currently working to support the device with Windows SDK and also designed to create games and software for the special camera yet linked exclusively to Xbox 360.
Everything should go to the "coming months" and could perhaps be incorporated in the "Community Technical Preview" of XNA. At CES last year, Steve Ballmer made it clear that Kinect will arrive on PC, but "at the right time." Source: WinRumors
