John Romero, creator of the legendary Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Quake, has decided to dedicate his next work no more but the hardcore gamer to the casual audience as possible ... to Facebook. "We have worked for decades to hardcore games," said co-founder of id Software site Venture Beat. "Now is the time to think about anything else.
We want to teach the rest of the world how much fun playing video games." Romero will dedicate to future projects with his new team Loot Drop, which will soon publish his first game thanks to funds made available by the publisher RockYou. The goal is to launch four games by the end of the year, which will be marketed by publishers to be defined.
