Valve has confirmed that the Steam version of The Witcher 2 does not include DRM. Some players have reported the presence of SecuROM in the Steam version of role-playing game developed by CD Projekt, as reported on the forum of the service valve. However, according to Chris D from Valve, it is just file "dummy." "CD Projekt has confirmed to me that the game does not include SecuROM, just have not bothered to remove the files," said a spokesman for Valve.
